Now we’re looking for a Talent Partner to help us find the people who make that mission possible.
You’ll manage hiring pipelines, keep data clean, and elevate the candidate experience - combining process, precision, and creativity every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers 💡)
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition (screening, interviewing, candidate comms, or tracking).
- Fluent in English (C1+) - concise, confident, and empathetic communicator.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment in LATAM for English-speaking roles.
- Stable work history (no short hops).
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and ATS tools (Typeform, Teamtailor, LinkedIn).
- AI / Automation-friendly: Comfortable using ChatGPT, Zapier, or Make to streamline work.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact 🚀)
- Manage Top of Funnel: Post jobs, screen candidates, handle communication, and schedule interviews or reference checks.
- Keep Data Clean: Maintain trackers, flag bottlenecks, and report on metrics.
- Source Proactively: Drive volume through sourcing, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Run Initial Interviews: Qualify candidates for fit, communication, and motivation.
- Improve Workflows: Spot inefficiencies and support process or automation updates.
- Protect Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly, promptly, and with empathy.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with People, Talent, and GTM teams to meet hiring goals.
