We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Accounts to own enterprise expansion revenue across our most strategic customers.
This is a US-based role focused exclusively on expansion within existing enterprise accounts - defining the strategy, leading executive conversations, and closing revenue.
What You'll Do
Define & Scale the Expansion Strategy
Define the account prioritization framework across enterprise customers
Build and scale our expansion motion - you'll build the playbook
Design structured, multi-threaded growth strategy within existing accounts
Partner cross-functionally (Sales, CS, People) to drive execution
Own Expansion Revenue
Own quarterly expansion targets and NRR contribution
Lead executive-level expansion conversations with CHROs, CEOs, and VP stakeholders
Lead in-person executive engagements across the U.S. (up to 50% travel) to drive expansion growth
Own forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of the expansion motion
Who You Are
Enterprise Expansion Operator
5–8 years owning enterprise expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts)
Experience defining and scaling expansion strategy in high-growth environments
Ability to build structure and operate with high autonomy
Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
U.S.-based and open to up to 50% travel
CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred)
